HR Partner is proud to support the region’s leading automotive business. With a very technically specialist and diverse workforce the HR support we provide varies from day to day employee relations matters to more strategic long term decisions.

 

Support regarding employee relations matters range from absence management to discipline and grievance casework.

HR Partner has also led and managed the recent apprenticeship recruitment campaign including sourcing potential candidates, shortlisting and supporting the panel at interview stage.

More recently the business has embarked on a performance and reward strategy with HR Partner playing an integral part advising on the design and implementation of the programme. This involved supporting management in developing clear Key Performance Indicators both for the business and its managers, the design and implementation of a formal appraisal process and a reward programme that consists of clear financial rewards based on performance at each level.
