Initially, we were approached by the business to provide support and guidance on performance management and capability. This included supporting management with informal discussions initially and followed shortly with advice and guidance on a formal process with the implementation of a performance management improvement plan. HR Partner advises on timescales and sanctions appropriate on a case by case basis.
