A group of Residential Care Homes with premises across the local area focused on providing specialist care to both the elderly and those suffering with long term disabilities or illness.

There is a long standing relationship with HR Partner proving HR support, advice and guidance to all the residential facilities within the group.

HR support in this sector varies from performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues including potential safeguarding issues which require immediate attention and sensitivity.

Most recently HR Partner has supported one care facility through a complex management restructure aimed at improving the overall performance of the centre. HR Partner has supported senior management in its decisions around the proposed new structure and the costs associated with the required changes based on redundancy. HR Partner led on the individual consultations which the Company has a statutory duty to carry out.

At a more senior level HR Partner has supported the middle management team with Leadership Development aimed at empowering managers in people management and decision making. This was managed in the form of bespoke training sessions and workshops which covered policy, procedure and employment legislation relevant to the care industry.
