How much do you charge for your services?

That really depends how much support you need –you can either choose from a standard package, or we can assess your needs & develop a bespoke support package for you. There are no hidden costs & our pricing is both competitive & straightforward.


What will happen if I need to discipline somebody?

We will advise you, prepare any letters etc (we don’t do ‘templates’, we draft all your letters for you) & will be involved as much or as little as you need. If you would like us to chair the disciplinary meeting we will, no problem at all.


How will you address our contracts & handbooks etc?

Your contracts and handbook will be written by us with your input, & will reflect the bespoke nature of your business.


What is your area of expertise in our sector?

We work with companies from child care to engineering and from accountants to building contractors. One thing they have in common is staff.
